A Few From the Zoo

[Zydeco]

Just thought I'd share a few photos from a recent trip to the local Audubon Zoo. Enjoy, and feel free to C&C!

[EDIT: Just noticed that when viewing them in full, the resolution is kinda.. Gross! I uploaded these on the mobile PhotoForum iPhone app, which is why. I'll note it here if/when I switch them out with higher-res images!]

I love the Zoo...so many photo Ops.

Im no pro but would have to say that there all underexposed....

That probably has more to do with the editing that I performed on them afterwards. I was aware that I was dropping the exposure down some, so I suppose it was "intentional" to some degree. Just experimenting with settings and styles!

wow, amazing shots! Such beautiful colors & details...very nice!

I like the warm mood of the exposures. plays well with the cold reality of their confinement. The fox is very good.

Huh, that's a really cool way to think of it! I was going for a warm feel, but I didn't even think of it in that way.

Nice. I could shoot the zoo all day. What time did you go and which lenses did you use for these?

Pretty much all day, from like 10am to 4pm! And these were all shot using the Canon 55-250mm IS lens.
