Thanks for looking.

AWESOME pictures! I love seeing pictures of animals and birds doing what they do; carrying nesting material, hunting, watching the world go by. What lens are you using and how close would you say you were to these birds?

I'm sorry, I tried my best to find something to criticize but I have failed you. :biggrin-new: Ha, nice pics, really nice! The Cooper's Hawks pic does it for me!

First-class sharpness in the best light. Congratulations on these pictures!

Thanks

Eagle, 130 feet
Heron, 200 feet
Hawks, 40 feet
Owl, 50 Feet
Egret, 75 feet.

And yes, those are pure guesses.
If you just put them in order, the hawks were the closest, the heron was the furthest away.

Ha, I have plenty of failures if you need the practice.

This is a nesting pair, They're building not to far from our house.

All wonderful shots. That egret could be a little brighter but that's a nitpick, they are all keepers.
