A few nature shots

I want some comments about a few shots.

The last one could have been much better if the camera would have just helped me more.

I forgot to tell the first one's title: "Storm is coming". It really began after 10-15 minutes.

I submitted a picture for the International Society of Photographers Annual Convention and Symposium, March 3-5, 2006 Which will be held at the Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
I just received an e-mail from the organizers, saying that they could present my photo in the final contest there, even if I'll not be able to attend, but I'll have to pay $169 for all their effort.
My question is: how can I be sure they will do the effort to present it well to the convention attendees? How can I be sure it's worth the money?
Should I go with them or not? I mean by paying this fee.

Hello my name is Bluma1851. I have also sent a picture of Jacqueling Du Pre. I have forwarded them the amount... And I hope they will hang the picture. I do not have a way to check if they will do. Will somebody be in Las Vegas?

I'd wish to go, it's like 5-6 hours away from here, but we can't make arrangements with our job. That's why we'll not attend the symposium. I'd like my picture to be shown too, but I can't be sure they will do it!

So, I don't know what to do...

I would listen to what PT Barnum said. Unless you want to send me half of that I will show it to my friends. In all seriousness, not because of the photos or quality, if you want to sell photos, seek out someone you trust or can provide references.
