One of my favorite subjects while on vacation is photographing children. Here in Canada taking photos of other people's children can be taboo for a variety of reasons. And many kids here simply hate having a camera pointed in their face. So I find that it is much easier to take children's portraits while traveling. Indeed, sometimes kids will ask you to take their photo. Others simply love it when you ask them to take their photo. Most kids in poor nations have to mature faster than middle class sheltered coddled kids in the West. I can only assume they may be from a family that may not be able to afford a camera. But it is amazing how bright of a smile you can get!!

I like them all! #1, #2 and #4 are my favorites. Nice work.
