There is no separation from the background, I would move the bike out quite a bit from the wall and open up your aperture so you can get a better DOF. The second picture is just completely out of focus.
these are underexposed and thus we can't see detail in bike.
your f stop is too small (f11) and thus your shutter speed is very slow 1/25 and so the image is not sharp because of camera shake..
Until you are experienced never shoot at a speed less than the inverse of twice the focal length; thus you, because you are using a 55 mm should shoot here at at no slower than 1/125 with the corresponding correct f stop.
F11 is probably not the best and sharpest f stop on your lens and the dof is too great at f 11.
Move the bike further from the wall, shoot at f5.6 and 1/125 or so and the results will be a sharp bike and an out of focus (OOF) wall.
