Cheers mate. Was gutted with the bird with the foot out, it tarnishes that one! We were trekking down to the water when he dropped down on the plant right beside the path. I didn't have time to stop it down. It is what it is though and I like the pose!

The noisy miner (Manorina melanocephala) is a bird in the honeyeater family, Meliphagidae, and is endemic to eastern and southeastern Australia. This miner is a grey bird, with a black head, orange-yellow beak and feet, a distinctive yellow patch behind the eye, and white tips on the tail feathers.

That tiny butterfly thing was literally just chilling out watching the bees working. That image was pretty much a photo shoot, I was shooting him for about ten minutes until I moved on, and he was still sitting there. He's probably still there now...

They're a busy bird. Pretty ballsy too, they stand up to plenty of stuff that is a lot bigger than them!
