His shirt blends in too much with the background. The lighting is cool though.

I think the crop is to close to the left side of the photo.. kind of makes him look like hes falling over, the shirt clashed with the dark background and his hand is chopped off.

I really like the lighting and the style effect on his glasses.

His head look good and if I had to pick something it would be his left arm seems to be floating on its own because of the shirt is the same color as the background.
