A good lens cleaning kit?

Hey guys I am getting a lot of dust spots in my pictures. Im pretty sure its on the lens/sensor, so I want a nice lens cleaning kit off ebay. The problem is, that there are MANY "low quality" ones and than there ARE some good ones--i just need help deciphing which are good and which are bad.

I need one UNDER 20 dollars of ebay.

If you're seeing spots in the pictures it's more likely to be dust on the image sensor, not dust on the lens. You need a good sensor cleaning system, not a lens cleaning kit.

I use a large Giottos Rocket Blower and the Copper Hill Method to clean the sensor in my XTi. I also have the SensorSweep and the SensorView.

To clean my lens I use a lenspen and this lens care kit.
