A landscape and a frog

looks a bit more like a toad

anyway, the toad is a toad and an ok picture of one, but nothing really moving me.

but the landscape, although rather profane and simple, in its simplicity and mood transports some good feeling and emotion, at least for me. It is nice, and I like that strong contrast for this shot!

This is a long exposure (58 seconds) taken at night. Sorry about the orientation, it should be landscape but I couldn't get it to be for some reason.

hmm, on my screen it appears in landscape by the way!

I like the detail you got in the frog, maybe play with the light a little more and the water the see if you could get detail below the water line as well.

The landscape I like the shot.

Thank you very much for the comments, I appreciate them a lot. The landscape is now in the right orientation for me too. I have another version of the landscape that I took where the bright strip along the middle is much smaller. I'll try and post it soon as I'm not sure which one I prefer.
