Good concept, but the red's so oversaturated there are areas that have no detail because all of the pixels are at the limit of the color space, so there's no color gradation. I'd back off on the saturation and also the vignette at bit.

Ken pretty much said it all. It's a great photo idea but the red is completely wiped out and has completely lost texture at places.

The red Vs green... the dull back ground... the way light falls on ... i am in real love with this image, especially after edit ( a bit more off center is a suggestion )
