Well, the key is to take a really well exposed, composed, in focus *well timed* self portrait looking like you're effortlessly floating. I definitely think it's as hard as it sounds.

You just try "just timing" your shot that way and see how much yours looks like levitation. And I dont mean (no offense to the OP) the jump shot that starts this thread, more like the link I provided earlier.
