A little lens help!

Hoya HMC Wide-Auto f=28mm 1:2.8


Bought this from eBay for the pricey sum of £8 as it said not sure if it works. The aperture blades move smoothly, focus ring is slightly loose but still smooth. I was wondering if anyone knew what the mount is? It was advertised as M42, but isn't!


Any ideas?

Tough one - I don't recognize that one at all.

I've had a suggestion that it could be Olympus Mount?

Look at mounts on Wikipedia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lens_mount

Still can't figure it, it looks like the OM mount and it says OM on the side but it looks a little different?
