Noise, you mean... You could say it looks somewhat like grain, but of course that's actually in the emulsion of film. Which you might know and just didn't use the term. Why people add computer made noise to their photos is something I don't understand, because it's a cool photo, I don't see why it benefits from more noise (but I guess to each his own).

And if you didn't save the original, that's something I'd think about, if you ever decide you need to readjust the processing later you might be up sh%# creek.

Oh I have the original. But the noise (Lightroom calls it grain, that's why I labeled it as such) was done in Silver Efex, and I won't be able to recreate the black and white exactly. I don't remember all the minor adjustments. I always keep the original original. And the lightroom edit. And the Silver efex edit. And i added the noise to give it an antique feel. It's all about the mood here.
