The background lighting is interesting but the subject needed a bit more, the details of your hair are lost in shadow.

Very handsome , I love the B&W conversion, but has a tad bit of noise. I use DPP, Digital Photo Professional to reduce any luminance noise.

Okay, sorry. You just look so godlike with that vignette and radial effect. hehe.. Seriously, though, it's a neat photo! I like the way the effects enhance the attitude and expression. Could be a bit sharper, but it's not a big issue. Nice reflection in the eyes. hmm.. Have you considered adding a prop, like maybe a gilded laurel crown?
