I'm no expert, but yes, I like it a lot. Nice catch light on the eye, beautiful soft background, and the picture tells a story. Poor girl, she looks so hopeless.

Nice picture, and I agree with other comments. An option could be to crop in order to have the face in the top right third point (to be conservative).
