Seriously though, this is very nice. He looks comtemplative. You nailed the focus. Were you shooting wide open?

Ok not that bad. I saw him walking down the street towards me so I put up my camera and pretended to be takign a pic of something else before he got to me then when he was in frame snap.

Yes it was open at 4

:thumbsup: I'm going to have to try this sometime soon. Street photography looks like so much fun.

Street photography is really difficult and I'm learning it myself too. I tried it for the first time a week ago with a friend, and I noticed that it is really a fun way of Photography.

Anyway, I like the shot but I would crop the left and a bit of the top. You could also add some more contrast I believe.
