A View From Navy Pier

Took this during my summer visit to the great city of Chicago.

The clouds, colours and reflections are nice, as are the (well known) silhouettes of the buildings, but it seems a bit too dark in the area of the buildings (so not enough detail is shown there)

I love the view, just think the light would be a bit better 15 minutes earlier.

What are the light specs in the sky and on the building? I circled a few of them... I'm just curious. Are they birds?

I think a little less sky and a little more light would of been better.
I do like the overall angle and with a bit less sky, the composition would be good too
