The photo frame of the footprints in the snow, I think it was taken in an acceptable manner, although it would be interesting to further improvements.
 
I like the second one. The background really makes the bench and snow shows stand out.

I feel that the first one is rather boring and would benefit from a lower to ground angle showing us either where the footprints are going, or coming from.

I like #1. Snow is not always "white-white". It depends on the lighting and environmental conditions. I grew up in the mountains where we had eight to twelve feet of snow every winter...late in the afternoon, in the shadows of tall coniferous trees, blue-hued snow was the norm...at dawn, expanses of snow might look pinkish...where an entire mountainside would reflect green light from conifers onto an expanse of snow...green-tinted snow would be the norm.
