Thanks for looking

Great shots love them both, What was the time of day and exposure on the 2nd shot?

Very neat find/place! The second one is almost humouros as well as creepy with the siding falling off and the tree growing right infront of the door! Did you use a polarizer for these?

nice captures...it's a shame this architectural beauty is being neglected.

Thanks everyone,
Peanuts, yes I did use a polarizer.
Randog, these were taken in the late morning, ISO 200, 1/200 sec, f/8

Im planning on returning to this spot in a few weeks, once the leaves fully turn.

Nice Shots! I love abandoned buildings expecially farm houses, I think I have a secret love afair with them. Where in Canada were these taken?

Thanks, these were taken in Greenwhich, New Brunswick

Love the high contrast in the BW. That house must have been quite grand in it's day.
Saturation of the sky in the first one is gorgeous.
Thanks for posting. :)

a pity that it has been left abandoned.. nice b/w tones :D
agree with JonK about the saturation in the first
nicely done

That black and white conversion is ... convincing me that black and white can be really, really beautiful. I do see the beauty of the countryside and this deeply blue sky (ok, filter, but still), but I really love the black and white photo. Crisp and clear, sharply contrasted, every detail to be seen - a pity that this beautiful house has been given up by its previous owners.
