Accidentally created a prototype for a multi-purpose lighting equipment

Hi guys,

Been a while here at the forums, would like to share a bit of my tickering with lighting and diffusion. I was looking for DIYs over at youtube and put together a list of items that I currently have and which I could use. So basically tried different assemblies and mixed-matched the items. I came up with an equipment that can give me vignette, strip light, soft/diffused light, and maybe other possibilites..

Wondering if anyone has done the same and did you continue developing it ? If so, could you cite some details maybe ?

I use brollys and some small box diffusers.
use black posterboard to create thin strip lighting (or any thickness based on how I cut out the strip).
