Addiction (critique me!)

One of my friends said that he did not like how out of focus the background was, I'm going to retake it, but I'd love to get as many other opinions before before I do so again.
A side note, the pills in the picture are Adderall, which is a highly addictive amphetamine-based ADD medication.

I actually like how the background is out of focus. good pic!

The 7 1/2's on the outside front are sharp but the b 775 on top isn't (particularly the 5). The blur to out of focus is good. Made it hard to recognize that the back-end of the pile was sitting on a tenner.
