Adobe Creative Cloud updates & PS CS6

For those of you who haven't, force an update for all your Adobe products.

Photoshop CC 2014 has some really interesting new features and there is a new Raw converter for CS6 plus updates to Bridge and Extension Manager

i just made the leap and purchased the Adobe CC photography package for $10 a month this morning.

How do you force it to update?

Open Photoshop. Click on Help > Updates.

Open Creative Cloud Home on your computer. Click on Install or Update application
Or log in to your Adobe account.

That won't work, have to use the CC "app".

Says all apps are upto date but looking at the history it hasn't updated CC 2014 since it was installed 41 days ago.
Is there definitely an update available?

Well there is that variable end user experience!

Photoshop CC 2014 is the latest edition.

If your CC Updater doesn't refresh everything, it may be faulty.

Here is a link to a fix that worked well for me. App doesn?t open; progress wheel spins continually

In terms of plugins - they seem to work fine.
I just copied them over folder by folder to the plugins folder on PS CC 2014.
I copied and quickly tried Nik Collection, Imagenomics (noiseware) and Dx0 Filmpack 4; all seem to function.
