So I took these a while ago with a friend's Canon EOS Rebel XT...I was a MAJOR noobie back then.
Tell me what ya think.

I really like the first two. Nice tones great composition.

1 & 3 for me. sharpest, nicely lit. look quite nice in mono. #2 ..the drops aren't so delicate.

Well I shot them in color, then did the p.p. in Picnik...Up the contrast and shadows, bring the exposure down a bit, etc.

#1, 2 and the last one are my favorites. They all look really neat! I love the darkness of them. I will definitely be playing around with taking in color and turning to B&W soon.

I always shoot in color first...Any great color photo can be just as good, or better, in black & white.
