Its a statue of governor Warren in Gettysburg. Personally, I think the picture would be boring without the statue.

i know you are a man of uncompromising tastes of your own; yet i dared an edit, just by bringing the details on the lower half a bit more, because as such i felt the person has merged into the darkness, where as his stance has much to contribute to this image; so please bear with me
