Agfa Scala push/pull question.

I don't understand how you just pick what ISO to use? And how to get it to turn out? I guess my store is one of only 3 stores in the U.S. that develop this stuff. I looked at the back of the little booklet thing and our store is listed with 2 others, I guess that's kinda cool. And if you don't know what it is it's the only B&W film that is slides, I think it's some of the nicest looking film ever
