When I was a boy, hand sanitizer had not yet been invented. But there WERE some products in which air bubbles were common...Prell shampoo for example, was like the mind-bender for children of the 1960's...as was Dippity-Do, the hair gel with the multitudes of air bubbles in it! When I saw your pic, I thought immediately of "Dippity-Do"!!!

So, I googled it./..
