Film= Kodak Tri-X 400 black and white

I like the concept, but my eyes are going everywhere! Bit its alright as this is just a test, this cam performs well, love the tones and contrast!

Second is much better. There both very sharp and great quality images its just the bars in the front of the photo on the first one then everyone in the background creates such a busy photo.

Even though the subjects are not much interesting, the image quality is really outstanding :thumbsup:

When do you decide to convert the image to black & white? just when it looks better?

1) These were shot with film. So the decision was made when the film was loaded.
2) If you're talking modern digital, the decision is totally up to you. There is no set time when you should decide to convert to B&W. It's an artistic decision, just like any other adjustment you might make to a shot. If you're interested, practice converting some of your photos to B&W and see if you like the results.

I used Tri-X 400 Kodak. With a 0lder camera. Keep thinkingin black and white. Look for contrast and interesting lighting.
