Alexandra Falls NWT

Alexandra falls at twilight, during the Hay River Arts & Music Festival. A scenic 2 kilometer walk along the river is available here with a well manicured trail. If you walk further north you can see Louise Falls. This panorama is approximately 10-13 shots !

I had to get a friend help me stitch this, as it is such a massive file.
Shot with 5D mark II, 21 2.8 carl zeiss lens.

Often described as a "must see" for tourists entering the Northwest Territories by road. Enjoy

To be frank, I feel like I've been given a seat at a football match just behind a big fence... or a seat at the cinema behind Hagrid. I want to see the falls, not the trees You have a very nice subject there, it seems. Perhaps you chose that place for safety reasons, it seems to be a very long way down from there...

In that case you may appreciate this one more, taken at another time of day... I like the trail personally, but I realize it needs a bit of a re-stitch to get the trees just right. I'm having a go with it now.
