Again, unfortunately the uploader does not work. I think I will contact an admin and see what is going on...

An aurora panorama. I shot this over the Slave River in the south slave region of Canada's Northwest Territories. It's about 6-10 shots side by side. Used a manfrotto 055B and 484 RC2 head. Carl Zeiss 21 2.8 ZE, canon 5D mark II I believe. This is also the same shot that took silver and 4th in the epson intl. pano awards 2011.

How did you get the image to show up in the forum?

Not sure if I remember exact exposure, in some parts it can vary as it is too bright (I hate it when this happens, hard to stitch), under 25 seconds per frame I believe.

You copy the photo URL off your host site (it is this here: http://www.karljohnston.com/images/large/Synapse.jpg ) but don't post it like a like, in the way I just did, but put this URL into a

bracket (no blanks like I just put, though!) and thus the photo ought to show up.

ah got it, thanks. I was clicking the rich text image graphic in the editor.
