This started out as a joke out of boredom. Self timed shot. Sheet as a backdrop blown out. 2 flashes. Critique or comments greatly appreciated!

I can not take serious self portraits without looking emotionless or like a tool. I believe this falls under tool. I'm over it though.

i love the "blown out" (i would call it high-key) backround! first photo: "WOW THAT'S RED"
second: too much torso, not enough head room!!!! okay expression, but his eyes are lacking some emotion. there also seems to be quite a sharp shadow along his collars primarly and under HIS right arm.. perhaps some softer lighting\larger lightsource\reflector could help that out.
neat. i'd like to see some more of your 'jokes'!
