I agree on the lighting. Good work on eyes and lips, which my eyes first focused on.

nicely lit, good sharpness, etc.
Rather strangely placed in the frame.
Almost clipping her forehead yet lots of scarf on the bottom and left that seems excessive.
Could be cropped like this, placing the eyes in a much stronger position and removing the excess and losing no information.
Notice how blue the sclera of her eyes are. The second pictures takes out some of the blue.
