I feel my print making has somewhat stabilized it's by no means 100% lol! Ilford HD5 was the initial film used with a follow-on of Ilford RC peril for the print you see. I don't use an official print scanner, so I rely in snapping an iPhone pic of my 5 x 7's.

Hi Thomas

Yes- always use the best of what's available ...
Perhaps the print making can be tweaked a bit ... maybe a bit of burning-in to the shiny hi-lights might give them a bit of detail, and if you can, maybe going up a grade of paper / or filter if using multigrade papers / to give a stronger black

Hope this helps
Phil

It does help sir. It confirms that I need to learn the burn and dodge techniques. Light painting in a way. That's the darkroom art I need to practice more.
