Taken from moving vehicle (and let's just say Indian roads are not known for their smoothness).

This is an ok photo and can be great . While not knowing the gear you use I can offer the following help.

1. Tighten the shot there is empty space at the top with the sky and it does nothing to the photo. Similarly the right of the photo has nothing of value, either reshoot without the wall or with the wall (bridge?) in its entirety.

2. Use a tripod

3.1 Reshoot this photo from farther back and to the left of the actual fort so that.

You can get the bridge(?), ghat or whatever it is on the right and get the actual fort on the left and are clear of electrical cables which are obstructing the shot. (or)

3.2 Crop this shot tighter so everything right of the actual fort is not in frame.

Also reduce the warm tones slightly.

Thank you for the advice. I wish I could have stopped to stabilize the shot a bit more as I definitely see your point about needing a tripod.
