American Bald Eagle

[Peeb106 2]

It's always a treat to get close enough to make a decent capture! This one was in Western Osage County, Oklahoma.

Great catch! They're such magnificent creatures. I guess the pair we had nesting in the bluff across the valley from us has moved on. Haven't seen them in many months now. It was mesmerizing watching them soar over the house and along the ridge, gliding along on the air currents.

Very nice. One of my favorite birds to photograph.

Nice one Peeb, I've only ever seen them in the zoo.

To see them in the wild is just incredible, let along to be able to get a great shot of one.

Real nice!

Very nice! The one time I was close enough I couldn’t get my kayak, paddle and camera coordinated in time to get a shot.

Wow, that's an amazing shot!
