To me the last 2 have the flat, low contrast look of a JPEG made using the monochrome setting on the camera, rather than a B&W with more contrast and perhaps some dodge & burn made by editing a Raw file color image.

That last one done in B&W with a shallower depth of field for a moment there almost gave me an impression of a tintype.
