This was a street performer doing mime on Yonge St. in Toronto.
As my wife was driving in bumper to bumper stop and go traffic, I was shooting out the window anything that caught my eye. Well, this guy caught my eye and I caught his. As he briefly posed for me on the curb I was able to get a few off. Between the slow motion of our vehicle and the motion of those walking by in the background, this is the image recorded.
I simply ehanced the blur on everything but the mask using 'brush strokes' and then used the 'smudge brush' to selectively distort along the edges of his black hoody. Finally, a strong but narrow vignette gave the illusion of bringing everything in from the edges of the frame.
