Angels

I saw these small angel figures my mom has in our kitchen last night and thought it might make for a good shot. I think our soft overhead lighting we have also helped with the picture.

Hi Nytmair,

I love the lighting and textures in this shot, but it just seems a little busy for me. The subject and lighting is good. Do you have any other shots of this?

I do like the soft light, maybe you should ask your mother if you can convert the kitchen into a studio

the other shots I have (only 2 others since I was taking these at 3:00am last night ) are basically the same thing only slightly different angles i wish I took some more... oh well, maybe I'll try again sometime.

The lighting and texture in the shot is very nice. Perhaps a little too soft. The one part that is really distracting to me is the foreground on the right side. I find my eyes drifting to that much more than to the subject of the picture.
