The first is a POV you don't usually get, but the one eye being so "oof" (I think they say here...) is distracting.
The second has too much motion blur to be any good.
And the third is too close and you cut off part of his head. You won't get away with that in pet photography! And you just might have missed focus on his eyes and have it more towards his nose instead.
