I love the composition, the expression, and the textures. I can't decide if I like the big foot in the foreground or if it distracts me.

I like the contrast of the whiskers on the fur, and the texture of the cushion is very nice, but it distracts a bit. That would be okay, except that the foot in the foreground is distracting as well. I think it's because of the size of the foot, and the fact that it takes a second to figure out what it is.

Thanks for the feedback. My on-loan D300 has gone back now so I'll see what I can do with the D5000
