another ebay con

I bought my son a Nintendo DS off ebay last month, and im still waiting for delivery??

i logged into my Ebay this morning at looked under Items ive won it says

eBay Note: This user is no longer registered on eBay.



doesnt look good i payed £76 through Nochex on 21st April, i wouldnt mind but he/she looked like a reputable seller.
a power seller with a score of (639) and been registered over a year.

only £76 but im really annoyed :x

I think this sort of story just confirms my reticence to use eBay for much at all - if I had to relay my stories concerning PayPal to the mix, we'd be here all week. Suffice to say I'm not overly impressed with them.

You should be able to recover the money through filing a claim. I had this problem once on Ebay, I bought a book which was never received. I tried to e-mail the seller only to see that he/she was not a registered seller anymore. I filed a claim and got my money back. It takes a little time and patience but it works.

The police aren't ACTUALLY going to worry about something that small, honestly...but eBay and PayPal will. File a claim, they'll make it right as rain soon enough.
