Its just kind of boring. I think the colors should be a little more vibrant....Just my opinion.

Do you have any type of editing software? If not, Adobe offers full trial versions of their software available for download directly from their website. You'll also find plenty of tutorials to read/watch. I was in your same position when I first started shooting, but I was also very eager to learn more about it. There is a ton of literature out there for you. Just remember, baby steps, you aren't going to master it over night. Keep trying and you will see massive improvements in your work. Welcome to the forum, and welcome to photography!

I think it put everyone to sleep. It is going to take a lot more than Photoshop to make this photo interesting.

Same truck. About an hour before sunset. A back country road, dirt road if possible. As much fall coloring as you can get. Low angle shot. Maybe you might have something.

But this photo... no.

Not enough editing. Let a pro handle this..

In all honesty.. adjust your levels to give the picture some more richness and it wouldn't look half bad. As it is, it's just pretty dull. Like so:
