Another portrait session

okay, after looking up some of those softboxes I realized that there was likely a reason for those highlighted cheeks I'm having trouble with ... I don't have a baffle inside the softbox. There was a rectangle sheet of fabric that came with it, but there were absolutely NO instructions. Having never assembled one, I was fighting with the sticks and box, and disregarded the baffle that is suppose to go inside. Sitting here I realized I thought it was with the other two flashes, not sure why, but did I mention I'm a little sllloooowwww!?

I didn't read all the replies, but these are a lot better than the previous ones. Your lighting I think is spot on, but I would move the subject a little more forward. I think there is a little too much wrap from the background.

Edit: Those highlighted cheeks are probably from background wrap. You can either stop down your background lights a third of a stop or two, or move the subject further forward.
