I never acquired a lens wide enough to require a bag bellows, nor did I use movements substantial enough to put it into service. As a result, it has remained stored in its original Cambo box since purchase.

This is the leather version of the Cambo bag bellows. The corresponding 1983 Calumet catalog lists this model at $189.95. By 1988, it had risen to $249.95, so you are getting quite the bargain.
