Matlock is built in a very steep valley Matlock Derbyshire - Peak District. Derbyshire County town and a former Spa

[gsgary]

What would they do if the pavement was wet?

They would just carry on and get wet

walking up it is bad enough, when i raced here years ago i hated it because you can't get in a rythme because it undulates betwenn very steep and level sections
