Another website question

I have been strongly considering using pixpa for my website. I just don't like that they don't have email other then that I'm pretty happy with them but definitely want email included. Is there another site similar (not wix, webs or weebly) to what pixpa offers for the same price? Looking for something with no set up fees and around 10-20 dollars a month. Before anyone says anything, I am not taking paid clients now and in the future I will be willing to spend a lot more on a website.
