I like them...but flowers are beautiful when they are a bit shy...this is too bold and rigid though...not your fault

I like the second shot.. lovely detail!

Possibly some pastel backgrounds.. a pinkish mauve possibly just a little lighter than the ones in the flower? Harmony, rather than contrast?

cheers, i will have to look at shooting on a different background but this is my style, i always revert to black
