Any Chance for a "Foodie" sub-forum in the OTC?

Mmmm, food! We cook from scratch 6 nights a week here, (day 7 is leftovers!) Though I probably only have around 30 recipes we use regularly. I keep trying to add new ons to the list, but I end up running out of time and defaulting to my staples. My son wants to learn to make perogies, but I keep putting it off!

I'm a little ashamed to say, I've never had risotto....
 
risotto (esp. mushroom) is a fav of mine but I live in a house where carbs are given a bad wrap so don't get to have this very often

After nine months with a new glass top stove I went back to a new old fashioned coil element model.
