I'm not sure if anyone has linked to this before, but Adorama has a youtube series called Digital Photography 1 on 1. I'm posting this because I haven't seen it mentioned. It basically has videos explaining and showing in practice a lot of the stuff people want to know about on here, as well as things beginners should learn first. The link takes you directly to the 1 on 1 series and all the videos are to the right. From what I've seen the videos get more technical as they go on, so I would recommend scrolling to the bottom of the video list to episode one and check out the names from there and see what you'd like to learn more about.

If you do a search for "(whateverAndormada TV: blah blah) Episode 1 it will bring you to that episode

Yea it's not limited to noobies. I learned a lot from some of the video's, but when I made the topic I just put it there, and I can't edit it now haha. Their series called "How'd they do That?" on there is pretty good too.
