Any thoughts on Dolica Tripods?

I'm looking into the Dolica zx600B103 Proline 60" Carbon Fiber Tripod with a Ball head. They have it on sale at Costco for $79 as a black friday deal. I've tried looking up reviews on it but I mostly find websites selling it. From what I gather it's between $199-$149 regularly, but there are a lot of sales on it too, and it's hard to figure out what it actually goes for not on black friday. I want a good tripod, but don't have hundreds to spend on one, although I know you usually want to send at least $150-$200.

My question is will this tripod be something I can use for a long time, or will I find myself having to replace it soon? Also will it be safe for my camera? I don't want it tipping over...

I'll be shooting indoors and outdoors and it will be holding my D7000. I don't have a huge selection of lenses yet, so I'm not sure what kind of weight I'll end up with there. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
