Anyone ever used an Image-Tank?

I purchased an Image-Tank on ebay about 3 months ago (the very first model) and it has worked perfectly...until about a week and a half ago. Now when I turn the thing on it just turns right back off. I have been to every site I can find and no one seems to know much of anything. Now all my pictures from the last 4 years are on the hard drive which won't turn on! I bought this thing so my pictures would be safe!. Just great!

I sent an email to the manufacturer with no response. I called a dealer in CA but the guy was Korean and all he said is that I should buy a new casing for the unit.

Anyone had any experience with the Image-Tank brand?

Have you Had trouble?

What should I do?

I would try and find a computer engineer, they should be able to retrieve your files even if the machine is broken so if the hard drive can't be fixed they might be able to transfer the files... good luck.
